The mood has been tense between consultant Ric Griffin and Dr Lilah Birdwood since they kissed and he failed her assessment. And things get worse for Ric this week as he's suspended for sexual harassment. After Lilah confided in Imelda recently that she had issues with Ric, he discovers Imelda has advised her not to speak to him alone. Imelda then warns Ric she'll find out what's gone on between them. Regretting her decision to speak to Imelda, Lilah tries to sort things out with Ric herself. But still angry over his meeting with Imelda, won't speak to Lilah. Then when Lilah tries to help Ric, he makes it clear she's not needed. Angry, Lilah tells Imelda that Ric kissed her and she wants to make a formal complaint. Ric's shocked to hear he's being suspended pending an enquiry into sexual harassment. Is Holby about to lose one of its most talented surgeons? Meanwhile, Mo's boyfriend Albie brings his dying wife to Holby for treatment. Jonny is determined she shouldn't get involved – but will Mo listen to him?
