Lily meets Sapphire her foster child and it doesn't go well as the girl tries to cause trouble. The social worker Kate frets that Lily won't want her but Lily is convinced she can get through to her. Sapphire tells Lily she can go home on her own and rot and Lily is cut to the core. Judith goes to see Julia wanting to talk about Daniel and lies that she likes to know more about practitioners before they inject her face! Julia assures her Daniel is good at what he does and Judith leaves. Meanwhile, Julia has grown suspicious and asks Heston to keep an eye on Daniel - she's convinced he’s up to something!
