Alice has already begun to stir up tension between Toadie and Sonya. So on Halloween, when the couple's young daughter Nell goes trick or treating around the neighbourhood, Alice seizes her opportunity to put the frighteners on Toadie and Sonya.

Meanwhile, lovers Terese Willis and Leo Tanaka start getting frisky in the backyard at Number 22, when they are unexpectedly caught in the act! But by who?
At Lassiters, hotel porter Ned Willis continues to secretly spy on co-worker Chloe Brennan, under instructions from Chloe's older brother Aaron to find out where she got that extra $20,000 from.
But when Ned sees Chloe and boss Paul Robinson having a hush-hush conversation, will he accidentally rumble Paul's plan to bribe Chloe into helping him bring about the downfall of her boss Terese?
