Neighbours spoilers: Should Gary Canning BEWARE of Prue Wallace?
Prudence Wallace has wasted no time in making a move on Gary Canning on Neighbours. But could it be she is up to something shifty?
When Harlow Robinson's (played by Jemma Donovan) mum Prudence Wallace (Denise Van Outen) turned-up on the doorstep of Number 22 on Neighbours (1:45pm/5:30pm on Channel 5, see our TV Guide for full listings), she thought they might get some time to repair their shaky relationship. But instead, Prue is now busy pursuing romance with Ramsay Street resident, Gary Canning (Damien Richardson)!
As Prue heads off for another date with Gary, teenager Harlow is left feeling disappointed as it seems her mum has simply moved from one obsession - being part of the cult-ish Restoration Order - to another, and once again forgotten all about her daughter.
But could it be Prue has another ulterior motive in wanting to stick around in Erinsborough for a while, after she receives a mystery phone call that leaves her looking worried.
What is Prue hiding?
Meanwhile, headteacher Susan Kennedy (Jackie Woodburne) and her teacher niece Elly Conway (Jodi Anasta) are trying to get to the bottom of student Olivia Lane's sudden disappearance just before an important exam.
But little do they know that Finn Kelly (Rob Mills) encountered Olivia when he stepped foot onto the school premises to bring pregnant Elly her pain medication.
As Finn struggles with his guilt, he knows he should come clean to the police about his last sighting of Olivia. But that would mean the former teacher would have to reveal he has broken the terms of his parole by going near Erinsborough High.
When Elly finds out what has happened, will she be prepared to lie to the police to keep Finn out of further trouble with the law?
Elsewhere in Erinsborough, David Tanaka (Takaya Honda) faces a dilemma when he receives an unexpected pay rise from hospital boss Clive Gibbons (Geoff Paine) - and assumes it is hush money for David to keep quiet about Clive's affair with Sheila Canning (Colette Mann) behind the back of their colleage, Dr Beverly Robinson (Shaunna O'Grady).
Will David report Clive to HR and stir up a whole lotta trouble?
Neighbours continues weekdays at 1:45pm and 5:30pm on Channel 5
