Neighbours spoilers: Shock baby bombshell for Toadie and Sonya!

Neighbours Week26 Sindi

There's a blast-from-the-past when Sindi Watts turns up with Andrea Somers's secret baby - and claims Toadie is the father!

With the news Andrea has been found hiding out in Hobart, Toadie and Sonya can finally chase the conwoman for the money she stole from them. It would certainly help pay for the IVF treatment the couple have just signed up for.

However, it looks like Toadie and Sonya are going to get a new addition to their family a lot sooner than they were expecting when Sindi Watts turns up on the doorstep with a baby she claims is Andrea's. But there's a bigger bombshell to come when Sindi says Toadie is the father, following his one-night stand with Andrea in London!

Meanwhile, crafty Finn Kelly is still finding ways to avoid meeting girlfriend Bea Nilsson's family and keeping his true identity under wraps. Lying that he has to go on a trip to Sydney, Finn gives Bea a fancy chest of tea to take as a present to the Kennedys. But everyone is unaware Finn has planted a camera in the tea chest and is watching their every move...

Neighbours continues weekdays at 1:45pm and 5:30pm on Channel 5

Simon Timblick
Writer

Simon has long been a fan of soap operas, and especially loves OVER-THE-TOP plots involving evil twins, hair-pulling catfights and natural disasters. Anyone remember the Sunset Beach earthquake/tidal wave? Or when Krystle Carrington got locked in the attic and replaced by look-a-like Rita in Dynasty?!

Simon has written for a variety of TV and childrens’ magazines/websites including Inside Soap, Nickelodeon, What’s On TV, Radio Times, Metro, Girl Talk, Disney Girl, Toxic! and Digital Spy. He has reported LIVE from the red carpet at The British Soap Awards interviewing glammed-up stars from soapland, and hosted a Facebook LIVE session for Metro with Home and Away legend Ray Meagher (Alf "Stone the flamin' crows!" Stewart) to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Aussie soap.

Simon is also co-author of The Treasures Of Coronation Street (Carlton Books)

And the writer and director of (very!) low budget fright flick, Midsummer Night's EVIL and the sequel webisodes series, The Hatchet Woods HORROR.
