Neighbours spoilers: Will Xanthe Canning discover who stole her painkillers?

Neighbours, Xanthe Canning, Dipi Rebecchi, Elly Conway

After suffering another seizure, Xanthe is suspicious when hospital doc David takes the blame for her missing pain medication

While Xanthe Canning is having an extra biology study session with teacher Elly Conway, the student suddenly gets another seizure in her arm. But when Xanthe looks in her bag for the pain medication she's been taking since the hit-and-run horror that landed her in hospital, she discovers it is missing.

Unaware it was Aaron Brennan who swiped the medication after developing an addiction to painkillers when he injured his back, Xanthe asks Aaron's doctor hubby David for another prescription. But she's in for a surprise when David produces her missing pills, claiming they fell out of her bag and he forgot to return them.

Curious about David's shifty behaviour, Xanthe is further confused when she discovers the unused prescription David wrote out to get Aaron some more painkillers. She jumps to the wrong conclusion that David is the one with the addiction! Will Xanthe confront David about his "problem"?

Elsewhere, policewoman Mishti Sharma is shocked following her discovery that her former date Dilhan Ozdil is now in hospital with a knee injury, probably caused by her corrupt former police colleague Monique Hughes.

With former policeman Mark Brennan also determined to bring Monique to justice, Mishti arranges a face-to-face meeting with her untrustworthy friend. But will cunning Monique sense it's a set-up and slip through the net again?

Meanwhile, Chloe Brennan's paid-escort service is secretly up and running again. But what will Chloe do when she's approached by a mum who wants Chloe to "deflower" her son for his 21st birthday! Will Chloe take the money and accept it's all part of the service?

Neighbours continues weekdays at 1:45pm and 5:30pm on Channel 5
