Look out for a couple of former Albert Square residents in this week's two-part investigation, Covenant, which opens with a rather grim initiation ceremony involving handcuffs and fish guts that may deter anyone thinking of working at Billingsgate Fish Market!

Lee Ross, who played Owen Turner in EastEnders, guests as ex-con Tommy, who comes under suspicion when his brother and nephew are found dead. Leading the investigation is DCI Underhill (Gary Beadle) who originally put Tommy away for murder.

There’s a big backstory reveal when an expert is called in to retrieve deleted data from a mobile phone, and turns out to have an unexpected connection to a member of the team. Concludes Tuesday, 9.00pm.
