Owner Colum Stapleton built the amazing-looking 30-room ecolodge and runs it with his daughter Finn – but low occupancy and a raft of bad reviews online have left a dark cloud over the head of this nature lover. He says he doesn't really like tourists, and is defensive when Alex tells him he needs to sort the place out. So how will Colum react when the Hotel Inspector reveals that a busload of eco-tourists is headed for the Gyreum and will be testing out the facilities?
