Susan's the talk of Ramsay Street

There's a huge family feud on the cards in Neighbours as Sonya Rebecchi's son Callum returns to Ramsay Street...

Neighbours' Sonya Rebecchi has had her world turned upside down in recent weeks after being told she has stage four cancer. But as she continues to fight the illness as best she can, she is left stunned next week when her son Callum returns to Ramsay Street.

While Sonya is obviously thrilled to see her eldest child, there is just one problem... she hasn't told him about her diagnosis, and she has no idea why he is there.

As a fundraiser gets underway for the Rebecchi's next week, all of Sonya's neighbours are doing their bit to help ease the financial pressure that is now laying heavily on the family.

Surprise! Sonya's son Callum returns and walks straight back into BIG drama!

After local businesses have donated amazing prizes for the fundraising auction, Karl is doing a great job getting the money rolling in... and there's shock all round when a mystery bidder puts in a huge bid.

Everyone is left stunned when the bidder is revealed as Sonya's son, Callum, who has come back to Erinsborough from America.

But while Sonya is thrilled to see her son, he is very vague about why he has come back and claims that he only found out about her cancer when he got off the plane.

Everyone's shocked when Sonya takes a turn for the worse at the charity fundraiser...

But of course, that's not true at all, and he soon lets slip that the real reason he is back is because he heard about Sonya's battle.

Sonya is fuming when she realises someone told Callum about her cancer when she wanted to keep it a secret... and she immediately points the finger of blame to Toadie.

However, when Dipi sees a huge family argument brewing, she confesses it was her who called Callum, not Toadie.

Sonya is devastated that Dipi would go against her wishes, but as the pair argue, Sonya gets lightheaded and starts to faint.

Callum has a heart-to-heart with mum Sonya

Callum takes his mum for a picnic to defuse the situation, giving her a stern talking to about how this is is not Dipi's fault, and that she should have been the one to have told him about her cancer when she was diagnosed weeks ago.

Callum opens up about how hurt he was that she kept him in the dark, and Sonya realises that he's right and that she needs to apologise to Dipi.

Despite the drama it has caused, Sonya is thrilled to have her son back by her side as she faces the battle of a lifetime...

Neighbours airs weekdays at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5
