Coronation Street fans know there's never a quiet moment in Weatherfield... but it looks like the next few weeks are set to be more dramatic than ever.
A brand new trailer, released by Coronation Street yesterday (Sunday 13th January), has revealed that there are six huge new storylines to keep fans on the edge of their seats... kicking 2019 off with a bang.
As if Lewis's death, Duncan's dramatic road accident, and Sinead's ongoing battle with cancer isn't enough to start the new year off in style, it seems Coronation Street writers have got plenty more up their sleeves to keep us hooked...

1. Simon trapped in a boat fire
It was confirmed back in December that the boat that Carla Connor gave Peter Barlow was going to bring heartache when it dramatically caught fire, leaving Simon fighting for his life.
As the trailer shows, he will be caught up in the inferno while cobbles residents gather around the burning boat, and it has recently been revealed that in a shocking turn of events, Roy Cropper is the arsonist. But is all as it seems?

What will this fire mean for Peter and his son? Is the boat that was meant to bring the pair happiness actually about to cause tragedy?
2. Amy's teenage pregnancy twist
As Amy faces the terrifying fact that she is pregnant at just 14 years old, she is set to turn to gran Liz in the coming weeks as she asks her to go along to the clinic with her for a termination.
But of course it won't be long before Tracy and Steve find out what is going on with their daughter, and it soon becomes apparent that being pregnant isn't the only secret Amy has been hiding...
3. A killer returns...
The Coronation Street trailer also hints at the dramatic return of Kylie Platt's killer, Clayton Hibbs. We revealed last year that Clayton would be returning, but where does this leave Shona and David's relationship?
But fact that David is now dating his wife's killer's mum has always been the elephant in the room at the Platts' but with Clayton now back, does this mean his return could cause problems for the couple? The clip shows Shona going to visit her son in hospital, and he certainly doesn't look in a good way. But what - or who - has put him in a hospital bed?
4. Sarah cheats on Gary?
Struggling to cope with their latest family problems, Gary and Sarah hit rock bottom when they're forced to sleep on lilos in the Platts' front room... but will their financial woes lead to Sarah cheating?
The clip shows Sarah getting very cosy with Adam Barlow - but does this mean she is about to do the dirty on Gary?
5. Chesney and Gemma finally get together
It's the love triangle that everyone's talking about, but if the new trailer is anything to go by, it looks like Gemma could be the one who wins Chesney's heart, and not Emma.
The pair seem to be giving into temptation before they're interrupted by little Joseph... but will his appearance make the pair see sense and end their night of passion, or is this the start of a hot new romance?
And what about poor unsuspecting Emma? Does this mean she's not the girl for Chesney after all?
6. Evelyn's bombshell
Tyrone's set to have his world turned upside down in the coming weeks as a newcomer, James, reveals Evelyn's darkest secret.
Finding out that his gran is up to something shifty after coming across some mysterious train tickets, Tyrone is stunned when James reveals Evelyn was the one who left him at the police station the he was a baby, not his mum like she lead him to believe.
But just when the pair seemed to be getting on well, will Tyrone be able to forgive his gran for this latest revelation?
7. David's ultimate revenge
David's fuming when he finds out that Audrey has sold her half of the salon to Claudia, and tells the pair where they can stick their job.
But that's not the end of the drama, because David then joins forces with brother Nick to set up a rival barbers across the street... leaving Audrey shattered. Will the Platts be able to come back from this latest betrayal that's set to leave the family divided?
8. Baby Bertie in danger
Daniel is heartbroken when it is revealed baby Bertie has been born with a bowel condition, but makes the shocking decision to keep the upsetting news from a poorly Sinead.
The Coronation Street trailer shows the new mum coming face-to-face with her baby boy for the first time, but how long will Daniel be able to keep their son's diagnosis from a secret from her?
And how will Sinead feel when she finds out she has been lied to?
Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV.
