The elderly resident has been unable to cope since her husband died nine years ago and the damp flat is in a tragic state.

Mum and daughter Maxine and Jasmine help a hoarder in south London, and Shaun and his Somerset team are clearing a rubbish-filled house where strong stomachs and Marigolds are a must!
