In Casualty outside pressure spell trouble for Charlie and Duffy…

Chuffy back on track in Casualty - but for how long?

Love is in the air in Casualty! Following last week’s heart-to-heart estranged husband and wife, Charlie and Duffy Fairhead, have decided to put the past behind them, including Duffy’s one-night stand with her childhood sweetheart Bill Crowthers.

Instead, the couple are trying to focus on enjoying every moment they have together, while Duffy’s vascular dementia is in the early stages…

This week loved-up Duffy and Charlie are unable to keep their feelings under wraps, to the delight of their friends and colleagues. Everyone is so chuffed by their reunion that Charlie and Duffy become the focus of the ED.

But being the centre of attention doesn’t sit well with Duffy, and Charlie begins to sense she’s uncomfortable in the limelight, especially given how much she’s going through and her fears about the future…

Will Duffy, who’s dealing with so much, reconsider her reunion with Charlie?

Also this week in Casualty…

Clinical lead Connie Beauchamp offers Will Noble the consultancy post and wants an answer by the end of the day.

However, when teenage cancer patient Toby is admitted to the ED and it’s clear he’s dying, Will soon has a bigger decision to make… Toby wants Will to help him die. To make matters worse, Will’s rival for the consultancy post, Archie, works out what’s going on…

Elsewhere paramedic Ruby and nurse Jade unite to help a patient they believe may be caught in a sinister situation. Will it backfire?

Meanwhile, Ruby is worried by Dani’s sudden appearances while she’s working. Will Ruby regret agreeing to spend time with her unwanted admirer?

Also this week, Marty returns to the ED.
