EastEnders spoilers: Hayley Slater abandons her baby!

Hayley Slater returns to the Square but makes a shock decision about her daughter, Carmel puts the past behind her as she prepares for a new start.

Hayley Slater returns to Albert Square with her newborn baby but she can’t afford the cab fare.

When Carmel sees her struggling, she helps her out. The Slater family are still worried about a missing Hayley and are all out looking for her. Finding an empty house, Hayley collects a few baby items and leaves.

Distraught and alone, she leaves her baby on the Ahmeds’ doorstep, with a note asking them to look after her daughter.

Carmel says goodbye — Carmel Kazemi says an emotional goodbye to Kush.

Carmel is all set to leave Walford. Before she goes she decides to leave a few sentimental items of Shakil’s to some of those closest to him. After leaving the gifts, Carmel says an emotional goodbye to Kush. She takes one last look at Shakil’s poster before leaving the Square for a new life abroad.
