Long before achieving Paralympic success, swimmer Ellie Simmonds was advised by her trainer to swim like a dolphin by emulating the creature’s graceful movements through the water.

Since then it's been Ellie's dream to not just swim like a dolphin, but to swim with a whole pod of them!

In this one-off documentary, the 21-year-old winner of four Paralympic gold medals heads to Ponta do Ouro, Mozambique, to make that dream become a reality.

She’ll be free-diving in the ocean so she will first need to master some breath-holding techniques, learn how to avoid a burst ear-drum and conquer her fear of open water.
