Meanwhile, after Jasmine Delaney's heart-to-heart with ex-fiancee Robbo about her family history, Jasmine tells Tori Morgan she wants to start counselling to try and get to the bottom of the panic attacks she has been having since Robbo's return to the Bay.

Robbo is keen to make things right with Jasmine after the way things ended between them. But will she accept when he offers to drive her to her therapy sessions?

Elsewhere, Alf Stewart observes that John Palmer is hindering rather than helping his son Jett's progress by barely letting the injured soldier out of his sight.

Upon learning that Jett wants to move out of John and wife Marilyn Chambers's home and regain some independence, Alf decides to see if he can find a way to help the family.

Home and Away continues weekdays at 1:15pm and 6:00pm on Channel 5

Simon has long been a fan of soap operas, and especially loves OVER-THE-TOP plots involving evil twins, hair-pulling catfights and natural disasters.

Anyone remember the Sunset Beach earthquake/tidal wave?

Or when Krystle Carrington got locked in the attic and replaced by look-a-like Rita in Dynasty?!

He has reported LIVE from the red carpet at The British Soap Awards interviewing glammed-up stars from soapland, and hosted a Facebook LIVE session for Metro with Home and Away legend Ray Meagher (Alf "Stone the flamin' crows!" Stewart) to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Aussie soap.
