After four weeks of heats, only the best 14 remain to face 'Knockout Week'. In the first of two episodes tonight, the foodie 14 are split into two groups, blue and red.

Their challenge is to cook a dish inspired by their childhood in one hour and 30 minutes. The blues go first, followed by the reds in tonight's second episode.

Two will leave this evening, with the remaining 12 going on to face their first professional kitchen in Wednesday and Thursday's episodes.

The final Friday challenge is to cook a showstopper to knock the socks off John and Gregg. By the end of the week, only nine will be going on to next week's semi finals…
