Natasha gets Maisie out of the picture

So, Natasha has murdered her husband Mark and moved her emotionally unstable daughter Maisie out of harm’s way, to a retreat where, hopefully, Maisie can get over the feelings she developed for Ryan, before she knew he was her half-brother. Phew! No wonder Natasha's grip on her own sanity is slipping. She’s not helped by Nathan, either, who has it in for Ryan. Convinced that Ryan's only hanging around for a share of Mark's money, Nathan tells him he won't get anything and he's to stay away from Home Farm. No brotherly love there yet, then. Elsewhere in the village, it has been established that Zak's dog, John's sheep and Carl's kids have all been poisoned, but by what? Could it be the stream behind the factory? Have the Sharma brothers been dumping their not-so-sweet waste in the water? Faced with the furious villagers, Jai and Nikhil insist they run a clean business. So, where's the poison coming from? Val's another person worried about health issues – mainly Pollard's. She's convinced that he's over-cooking himself in the restaurant and, when diners start to complain about standards, he starts to listen to her. He needs help and he gets it, from Olena.
