Neighbours spoilers: Elly, Bea and Susan are trapped by Finn

Elly, Bea and Susan finally discover Patrick/Finn are the same person. But will they survive to tell the tale when Finn traps the women?

Gary and Sheila are on the warpath after Elly's arrest for the hit and run crime that has left Xanthe in a coma. Elly still insists she is innocent as her car was stolen. But the CCTV footage appears to place Elly close to the scene of the crime. Karl, Susan and Elly's boyfriend Mark believe she is innocent and get her released from police custody on bail.

But when Elly and Susan team-up to go in search of Elly's missing sister Bea, the search leads the women to a storage container where they not only find Bea, but discover Bea's fiance Patrick and twisted former teacher Finn are the same person. However, before the women can expose Finn's secret, he locks them in the storage container!

Meanwhile Amy, who believes in her friend Elly's innocence, tries to help Gary and Sheila in their time of need, as they wonder if Xanthe will ever wake from her coma. But Amy's attempt to be a good friend and neighbour backfire and she makes the situation a whole lot worse...

Neighbours continues weekdays at 1:45pm and 5:30pm on Channel 5

Writer

Simon has long been a fan of soap operas, and especially loves OVER-THE-TOP plots involving evil twins, hair-pulling catfights and natural disasters. Anyone remember the Sunset Beach earthquake/tidal wave? Or when Krystle Carrington got locked in the attic and replaced by look-a-like Rita in Dynasty?!

Simon has written for a variety of TV and childrens’ magazines/websites including Inside Soap, Nickelodeon, What’s On TV, Radio Times, Metro, Girl Talk, Disney Girl, Toxic! and Digital Spy. He has reported LIVE from the red carpet at The British Soap Awards interviewing glammed-up stars from soapland, and hosted a Facebook LIVE session for Metro with Home and Away legend Ray Meagher (Alf "Stone the flamin' crows!" Stewart) to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Aussie soap.

Simon is also co-author of The Treasures Of Coronation Street (Carlton Books)

And the writer and director of (very!) low budget fright flick, Midsummer Night's EVIL and the sequel webisodes series, The Hatchet Woods HORROR.
