Vera has to handle a particularly sensitive case this week when the body of a teenage girl is found buried beneath the Northumberland moors.

Her boyfriend and even her parents come under suspicion, but Vera begins to wonder if she has been interrogating the wrong suspects. 'We've been looking at this with tunnel vision!' she exclaims to Aiden.

Her investigation eventually takes her to a local nightclub, although sadly Vera doesn't hit the dancefloor.

Helping her on the case is missing persons cop George, played by Steve Evets, who Rev fans will remember as sweary boozer Colin. A dark but enjoyable tale rounds off this excellent series.
