I’ll be putting up the Christmas decorations today so this feel-good film is the perfect festive mood-setter.
If you’re now exclaiming that today’s film is the remake and not the original, then you're blowing hot air as far as I'm concerned. I like this perfectly entertaining version of this seasonal fantasy (although admittedly the original is better).
And, if you're exclaiming that the festive festooning shouldn’t occur until Christmas eve, then you need to wake up. How do you get your money's worth if you leave the decoration draping until then?
