What’s on telly tonight? Here the TV Times team of expert reviewers highlight the best shows on Sunday 25th March

The Durrells, 8pm, ITV

Louisa faces the excruciating task of reminding Leslie about the necessity of contraception tonight. But it could be too little, too late – even though Leslie’s a reformed "one woman" man, one of his former flames now thinks she might be carrying his baby. Very awkward to say the least. Leslie is devastated, and with his ex-girlfriend’s father threatening his life and insisting the pair get married, he’s plunged into a moral quandary. Can Louisa help him out of this one? Meanwhile, Larry is tasked with killing a goat and proves predictably useless, Margo plays hard to get, Gerry is mesmerised by new insects in the garden, and there’s a nasty shock in store for the whole family… Rating: *****

Good Karma Hospital, 9pm, ITV

Good Karma Hospital

Dr Lydia is on a personal crusade when she discovers a former patient in the care of a herbal doctor, but her determination to bring the young mother back to the hospital has consequences that even she can’t predict. Meanwhile, Dr Varma reveals something of his past, and AJ finds romance in an unlikely place. Yet the most moving story is the tale of Paul as he struggles to come to terms with the loss of his wife. RAF at 100. 8.30pm, BBC1

Actor Ewan McGregor and his brother Colin present a celebration of the Royal Air Force

When the RAF was formed during the final months of World War One, the pilots flew in rickety planes with only a pistol as protection. These days, fighter jets cost around £60m and travel at twice the speed of sound, as Ewan McGregor and his brother, Colin – a former fighter pilot – discover when they take control of a Typhoon at 20,000ft. But that’s just one of many special moments in this film marking the RAF’s 100th birthday as the boys trace the Air Force’s history by speaking to Battle of Britain flying aces, Lancaster Bomber Boys, Cold War airmen, Falklands fighter pilots and many others with amazing tales to tell.
