Doctors spoilers: WHO will the new surgery Practice Manager be?
Daniel Granger and Zara Carmichael conduct the interviews to find a new Practice Manager on Doctors. But which of the candidates will get the job?
Ever since Becky Clarke broke-up with Daniel Granger (played by Matthew Chambers) and left Letherbridge, The Mill has been on the lookout for a new surgery Practice Manager on Doctors (1:45pm on BBC One, see our TV Guide for full listings).
After initially squabbling about the challenge of finding a new team member, Daniel and Zara Carmichael (Elisabeth Dermot Walsh) get ready to interview potential candidates in today's episode of Doctors.
The hopefuls include Lucy James (Alice Bonifacio), who has all her answers written on cards, Bear Sylvester (Dex Lee), who seems to impress, plus Rafe Harrington (Tim Fellingham), who manages to answer all of Daniel and Zara's questions with just the right answer.
So, who's it gonna be?
Meanwhile, Karen Hollins (Jan Pearson) visits her new foster daughter Martha Rose (Lilian Hardy) in hospital, where Martha is still recovering from her allergic reaction to some peanuts.
However, there's an unexpected additional visitor... it's Martha's mum Natalie Rose (Kate Sissons)!
Karen finds herself stuck in the middle as Martha argues with her mum over Natalie's over-protective ways.
But why has Natalie come? Is she there to try and get back custody of Martha?
Elsewhere in Letherbridge, Al Haskey (Ian Midlane) is on a mission in the name of beer.
Worried by a sample of beer at The Icon, the local bar that Al and Jimmi Clay (Adrian Lewis Morgan) now co-run, Al goes in search of guidance from Bob "Beer Master" Evans (Neil McCaul).
But will Bob be able to provide Al with the advice he is looking for?
Doctors continues weekdays at 1:45pm on BBC One
