Doctors spoilers: WHO does Bear Sylvester try to save?
When a drug addicted young man resorts to desperate measures on today's episode of Doctors, Bear Sylvester must try and avoid a tragedy...
Bear Sylvester (played by Dex Lee) has a day full of drama on today's episode of Doctors (1:45pm on BBC One, see our TV Guide for full listings).
Dixie Calthorpe (Marc Pickering) has an appointment at the Mill.
During a consultation with Al Haskey (Ian Midlane), Dixie admits he has been self-medicating with mushrooms and marijuana.
Dixie admits he is worried about his relationship with girlfriend, Katrina Anderson (Jessica Murrain).
After his appointment with Al, Dixie decides to make a romantic gesture and asks Katrina to move in with him.
However, when Dixie doesn't get the response he was hoping for from Katrina, he climbs onto the roof of the surgery!
Can surgery staff including business manager, Bear and receptionist, Karen Hollins (Jan Pearson) talk Dixie down before disaster strikes?
Meanwhile, Al has more trouble on his hands in the shape of his ex-fiancee, Lily Walker (Verity Rushworth).
Although Al has ended their engagement, it seems Lily still wants to be a part of his life.
Al is thrown when he calls his mum, Eve (Rachel Bell) and is shocked to discover she has a SURPRISE visitor... Lily!
Elsewhere, is Daniel Granger (Matthew Chambers) having a mid-life crisis?
The medic arrives at work in a flash new car!
Daniel's partner, Zara Carmichael (Elisabeth Dermot Walsh) is not impressed with his behaviour and tells him to return the car immediately!
How did Daniel pay for the car anyway?
Zara may not like the answer when she finds out what else Daniel has done...
