Home and Away spoilers: Surprise! Dean Thompson's mum Karen arrives in Summer Bay

Home and Away, Dean Thompson

Dean Thompson's missing-in-action mum Karen unexpectedly visits him in Summer Bay. And it's not long before she's causing big trouble!

Dean Thompson has been trying to contact his estranged mum Karen for a while now. But after seeing her screw up the note he left for her and go back into her house with a mystery man, Dean has given up hope of reconnecting with Karen. However, he's in for a surprise when Karen unexpectedly turns up in Summer Bay!

It soon becomes clear, though, that Karen is still a whole lot of trouble when she lets herself into the Morgan house, helps herself to some wine, clashes with Dean's ex-girlfriend Willow Harris and later tries to run down Surf Club boss John Palmer in her car!

Meanwhile, at restaurant Salt, chef Brody Morgan is still cleaning up after the pressure cooker explosion, when an influential food blogger Pierre arrives to sample the new healthy eating items on the menu.

With his reputation on the line, can Brody count on his wife Ziggy and her mum Maggie racing to the rescue and helping Brody pull off a lunchtime feast to impress Pierre?

Elsewhere, how will Justin Morgan react when girlfriend Willow once again draws him into Dean's family drama?

Home and Away continues weekdays at 1:15pm and 6:00pm on Channel 5
