Home and Away, Jasmine Delaney, Robbo

Having wasted so much time during their break-up, newly engaged couple Jasmine Delaney and Robbo look to the future and their wedding day!

Jasmine Delaney and Robbo are back in the Bay, all loved-up after a short getaway to a B&B.

As news of the couple's re-engagement spreads, Jasmine discovers troublesome teenager Bella Nixon has moved into the Beach House. Later, this leads to Jasmine opening up to Robbo about her past time in foster care.

Once again moved by Jasmine's honesty about her difficult past, Robbo realises he can't wait to become her husband and wants to walk down the aisle as soon as possible!

But will Jasmine agree when he declares he wants to start planning their wedding NOW?

Meanwhile, Irene Roberts is still trying to establish the rules of the household with new resident, Bella.

However, unimpressed by the way her big brother Colby Thorne appears to have abandoned her, Bella is determined to play up to her bad reputation and continues to clash with Irene.

It quickly becomes a stand-off between the two, when Bella refuses to do her own washing-up! Will Irene abandon ship and send badly behaved Bella packing back to Colby?

Writer

Simon has long been a fan of soap operas, and especially loves OVER-THE-TOP plots involving evil twins, hair-pulling catfights and natural disasters. Anyone remember the Sunset Beach earthquake/tidal wave? Or when Krystle Carrington got locked in the attic and replaced by look-a-like Rita in Dynasty?!

Simon has written for a variety of TV and childrens’ magazines/websites including Inside Soap, Nickelodeon, What’s On TV, Radio Times, Metro, Girl Talk, Disney Girl, Toxic! and Digital Spy. He has reported LIVE from the red carpet at The British Soap Awards interviewing glammed-up stars from soapland, and hosted a Facebook LIVE session for Metro with Home and Away legend Ray Meagher (Alf "Stone the flamin' crows!" Stewart) to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Aussie soap.

Simon is also co-author of The Treasures Of Coronation Street (Carlton Books)

And the writer and director of (very!) low budget fright flick, Midsummer Night's EVIL and the sequel webisodes series, The Hatchet Woods HORROR.
