Home and Away spoilers: Will Colby have to arrest Mackenzie?
Summer Bay policeman Colby faces a BIG dilemma when angry Rick demands his daughter Mackenzie is arrested on Home and Away...
Dean Thompson (played by Patrick O'Connor) and his half-sister Mackenzie Booth (Emily Weir) have both made a dangerous enemy of their hated politician dad Rick Booth (Mark Lee) on Home and Away.
But in today's episode of the Aussie soap, policeman Colby Thorne (Tim Franklin) finds himself caught in the crossfire when he discovers his best buddy Dean is now being blackmailed by Rick - and facing possible prison time for assault - because of Mackenzie's personal vendetta against their wealthy dad.
When Dean confronts Rick, who is blackmailing him over photos which show Dean punching Rick, he discovers Rick wants him to severe all ties with his scheming sister. Or the photos will go to the police...
But Rick's not done making demands. His next stop is the police station, where he reports $80,000 has been stolen from his bank account by his daughter Mackenzie... and he wants her arrested!
Will Colby have no choice but to call his new lover Mackenzie in for questioning and possibly arrest her?
Elsewhere, there's more bad news for the Astoni family when Ben's Boards is temporarily shutdown while the police investigate boss Ben Astoni's (Rohan Nichol) possible connection to a drug smuggling racket involving his surf boards.
Can Ben's wife Maggie (Kestie Morassi) find some kind of evidence which will prove her hubby's innocence and save his business?
And Justin Morgan (James Stewart) is still stressed-out over his pregnant sister Tori's (Penny McNamee) whereabouts, since police took Tori and newlyweds Jasmine Delaney (Sam Frost) and Robbo (Jake Ryan) into protective custody.
Will Justin's mind be put at ease when girlfriend Leah Patterson (Ada Nicodemou) reminds him Robbo would never let anything happen to Tori or her unborn baby?
Home and Away continues weekdays at 1:15pm and 6:00pm on Channel 5
