Leo is determined to win Terese over and change her mind. But as the secret unresolved sexual tension between Terese and Paul continues, it looks like he is fighting a losing battle.

Overwhelmed by her emotions, Terese has some more crushing news for Leo and announces their relationship is over...

Elsewhere in Erinsborough, Mark Brennan is distracted by the news his good friend Sonya Rebecchi has been diagnosed with cancer. Mark's fiancee Elly Conway confides in Sonya about Mark's sudden lack of enthusiasm for any wedding planning. Can Sonya find a way to get Mark and Elly's wedding train back on track?

Also, Gary Canning finally gets a break when Toadie Rebecchi hires him to work at wife Sonya's garden nursery. But how will Gary's interfering mum Sheila react when she hears the news? Sheila still has a grudge against Gary's ex-girlfriend Amy Williams for dumping Gary. So what will Sheila do if she hears it was Amy who suggested him for the job?
