Ben begins his latest series in Australia, on a little island off the northwestern cape aptly named Wilderness Island.

After a terrible accident, Australian Jim realised that life was too short to take anything for granted and he needed to fulfil his dream of living in the wild.

He moved to the island and has carved out a tough but beautiful life for himself ever since.

Together with his girlfriend Kim, Jim built an eco-resort, where nature-lovers can come to share their little bit of paradise.

Ben tries out the fine art of mud crabbing, which is basically catching delicious but vicious crabs without losing a finger.
