Ste and John Paul enjoy a romantic meal and John Paul finally feels he can put the attack behind him and move on. However, when Ste wants to take things further and leans in for a kiss, John Paul pushes him away and is forced to reveal to a shocked Ste that he was raped.
Dennis is immediately suspicious of Patrick when he hears what's happened to Maxine. Meanwhile, Maxine's relieved that her baby is OK and is delighted to hear they're having a girl, but Patrick calls her 'a disgusting excuse for a mother' for putting him and their child in danger. Dr Brampton notices this and gives Maxine a card for a domestic abuse referral service. Back at home, Maxine catches Nico spiking Patrick's drink. Nico begs Maxine not to tell him, leaving Maxine to take the blame once again... and the punishment.
Ste gets a flashback from the night of Fraser's murder. He goes straight to the police station and tells Sam and Sonny what he remembers. The police arrive at the Roscoe's and Sam finds Freddie's hoodie with the zip missing and since they found a zip at the murder scene, Freddie is arrested.
Sandy confronts Joe about who really killed Fraser, it looks like he's about to tell her until Lindsey tells Joe she's pregnant.
