Emma's return to The Mill sets tongues wagging

Emma is anxious about her first day back at The Mill. Her day gets off to an awkward start when she overhears Karen and Lena gossiping about her affair. Will Karen’s words cross the line and ruin her relationship with Emma?

Later, Al finds himself in Emma's firing line. She finds out that he's been spying on his mum and demands that he stops and lets her grieve in her own way. Will Al take Emma's advice?

Mrs Tembe hires an assistant named Valerie to record the minutes at a partner's meeting. Will Valerie be a helpful addition? Or will Mrs Tembe regret hiring her latest employee?

Finally, it looks like love could potentially be in the air when Mrs Tembe and Heston's friend Charles have their first date. Is this the start of a new romance?
