The Office star Ricky Gervais has revealed he is backing EastEnders' 'hero' Joe Swash to win I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here. Ricky - who admits he is a huge fan of the show - thinks Joe Swash or children's TV presenter Timmy Mallett will come out of the jungle as winners, according to the Daily Mirror. He said: "I love Joe Swash. What a hero, he's the man. He always says what he thinks and keeps things in order." "And Timmy Mallett is great value for money. I used to think I was the most annoying man in the world but I think Timmy has beaten me now. I love him, with his little red glasses and dyed hair." Ricky also revealed he is close friends with the show's hosts Declan Donnelly and Ant McPartlin and texts them before the show. He said: "The other day I got a text from Dec that just read 'Biff, Baff, Boff', referring to David Van Day's famous song. It was brilliant - what a text!"
