Doctors spoilers: There's BIG drama after Al Haskey's call to Social Services...
Jadie and Beth Taylor-Wood receive an unexpected visitor, following Dr Al Haskey's call to Social Services about their six-year-old son Mikey...
Six-year-old Mikey Taylor-Wood is back home with his parents again, after being examined by Dr Al Haskey and nurse Ayesha Lee at The Mill. However, the medics were very concerned about bruising on the boy's body and the fact this isn't the first time he's been brought into the surgery with serious injuries.
As Mikey continues to play up at home, mum Beth warns him he'll be locked in his room without supper if he's not careful, and he starts to cry. But the family evening is interrupted by the doorbell and an unexpected arrival. Are the consequences of Al's call to Social Services about to be felt?
Meanwhile, at the surgery, Zara Carmichael tells colleague Emma Reid about 'power poses' her son Joe has been taught at school. Zara demonstrates the 'Superman' pose and Emma uses the technique later during a difficult conversation with Al - and it works!
Not wanting to miss out, receptionists Karen Hollins and Valerie Pitman decide to use a power pose to confront practice manager Becky Clarke over her latest changes to the way they do their jobs. But will Karen and Valerie's power posing work?
And Sid Vere meets Cassie MacCormack, a former patient of the late Dr Heston Carter, who he starts to suspect has an addiction to surgery when she continues to return to the minor surgery unit even after completing her final procedure. What's going on?
Doctors continues weekdays at 1:45pm on BBC One
