Shak feels the heat when he is questioned by the police again about the hit and run. Will Shak make a shock confession?

Rob Hollins and his police colleague DI Mark Addison are still trying to get to the bottom of what happened the night teenager Tariq Amiri was the victim of a hit and run.

Despite Tariq telling Rob he deliberately stepped in front of the car speeding towards him, Addison does not believe the schoolboy's story and still suspects someone in the Carter family is guilty. But when mum Ruhma Carter catches Addison grilling her son Shak Hanif about his whereabouts on the night of the crime, she angrily sends him packing!

It is only when Tariq and Shak cross paths in the park, the truth about the hit and run is fully revealed...

At The Mill, surgery receptionist Karen Hollins is still worried about the whereabouts of former foster son, James Coulter, as the lad hasn't answered any of her phonecalls.

Karen asks her surgery colleague Dr Heston Carter to check if James attended his last autism assessment, and when she discovers James missed the appointment, Karen begins to worry even more...

Meanwhile, Dr Jimmi Clay helps a blind university student, Emily Thorpe, make a surprise discovery about her new mystery study buddy, Simon Darby.

Simon has long been a fan of soap operas, and especially loves OVER-THE-TOP plots involving evil twins, hair-pulling catfights and natural disasters.

Anyone remember the Sunset Beach earthquake/tidal wave?

Or when Krystle Carrington got locked in the attic and replaced by look-a-like Rita in Dynasty?!

He has reported LIVE from the red carpet at The British Soap Awards interviewing glammed-up stars from soapland, and hosted a Facebook LIVE session for Metro with Home and Away legend Ray Meagher (Alf "Stone the flamin' crows!" Stewart) to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Aussie soap.

And the writer and director of (very!) low budget fright flick, Midsummer Night's EVIL and the sequel webisodes series, The Hatchet Woods HORROR.
