Doctors spoilers: Emma deals with a difficult work case

Emma deals with a married couple having troubles...

At the practice, Emma sees a patient who is covered in cuts and bruises and asks her strange questions about sex. Later, she's called to the police station and has to examine and treat the man's wife who has been arrested for assaulting another man and with criminal damage of a hotel room.

However, the charges are thrown into dispute when the wife claims the man she was sharing the hotel room with sexually assaulted her. Who will the police believe? And how will Emma handle being thrown into the middle of an unhappy marriage?
