Guilt-racked over Frank's death, Kerry Wyatt makes a slip up when his grieving daughter Tracy gives up her fight for justice
Emmerdale's Kerry Wyatt has tried to stay strong in the face of a serious amount of guilt.
Since she and her daughter Amy (Natalie Ann Jamieson) accidentally started a fire at the Sharma factory which killed Frank, Kerry has battled to keep the terrible truth leaking out.
But with every day that's passed, she's felt terrible for what she's done - and is doing - to Frank's unaware daughters Tracy and Vanessa.
It's not helped that the Wyatt women's friend, Tracy, has endlessly fought to get justice for her dad who has been blamed for causing the fire.
But Tracy has now given up on her dad. And having decided the police must have been right all along, she slings a sentimental keepsake of Frank's in the bin.
When Kerry spots it, she can't help but retrieve the item, knowing that Tracy's rage at Frank is completely misplaced. But Kerry may live to regret the gesture.
Elsewhere, another narrow escape for secret lovers Moira (Natalie J Robb) and Nate (Jurell Carter) pushes the pair to plan some alone time elsewhere.
