Pregnant Victoria Sugden talks to Amy Wyatt about conceiving a child in terrible circumstances
Victoria Sugden's (Isabel Hodgins) got the weight of the world on her shoulders. She's been raped and the attack has left her pregnant. Having wanted to be a mum for the longest time, it's a painful position to be placed in.
But while Victoria's decided she wants to continue with her pregnancy, she's met strong opposition to the idea from Robert (Ryan Hawley), her protective older brother. He's scared the baby will be a constant reminder of what happened to Victoria that fateful night and he just can't see the situation from his sister's perspective.
When Amy (Natalie Ann Jamieson) reaches out, can she help settle Victoria's concerns?
With Amy having got pregnant in 2011 after a one-night stand with much older man Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley), she knows something about conceiving a baby in less than ideal circumstances. But having her son Kyle has come to mean everything to Amy who was driven to extreme lengths to keep him in her life.
Can she find peace with her pregnancy?
