Mandy urges Freya not to cancel her radio interview; it's important for diversity week. At the radio station, Freya meets Rhonda who says she's been billed as a lesbian, so could she just go along with it? Freya reluctantly agrees but when she mentions having relationships with boys on air, Rhonda gets annoyed, prompting Mandy to join in with the interview. When Mandy confirms Freya's bisexual, Rhonda quizzes Mandy on what it's like being with someone of a different sexual orientation. Freya and Mandy have their own debate until Freya makes fun of Rhonda's assumption that everyone is a potential partner for her. Rhonda's flummoxed and ends the interview. Back home, Freya's looking forward to the photo-shoot with Letherbridge Life but Mandy says she needs to spend time on her work or she could fail again. Freya confidently says that won't happen - she's on a roll! Mandy is left wondering if Freya has lost sight of what's important. Meanwhile, Zara thinks up some complex questions for her nanny interviews, which Daniel ridicules - they don't need a psychiatrist! Later, Zara's unimpressed with the prospective nannies and crosses them off one by one. Zara leaves a message for Daniel - this is useless, what are they going to do? The final candidate is Aliona, a 22-year-old Australian taking a year out. Aliona's fascinated by the early stages of a child's development and Zara listens, impressed. When Daniel gets home, he's stunned to hear Zara's hired someone for a trial run without a second interview from him and storms out.
