Heston collapses!

Heston is overloaded with medicals for HGV drivers. He steps into the waiting room to call his next patient when he sees a man he witnessed having a blackout that very morning and Heston has the niggling concern that he is not fit to work.

Heston airs his concerns to Anthony, who asks Daniel to step in and make the call. Daniel finds no reason why the man can't be passed as fit for work. Heston is gutted by Daniel's decision. Daniel has an attack of the conscience – if Heston feels this strongly about the man's health then there must be more to it - he won't pass the man as fit to work. Back in his consulting room, Heston keels over in pain.

Also, Ben's son Harry's condition worsens.
