Alf struggles to cope with Martha's Borderline Personality Disorder after she breaks down and announces she wants to leave the Bay...

Alf Stewart is confused following his wife Martha's meltdown at the Surf Club, after she was unable to reach their daughter Roo by phone.

Sensing that Alf is out of his depth trying to deal with Martha's distress, family friends Marilyn Chambers and John Palmer both intervene and offer their support.

After Martha breaks down and cries in Alf's arms, the reality of the Borderline Personality Disorder she has lived with all these years, really hits home.

Can Alf find a way to support Martha before her irrational fears about Roo cause her to pack her bags and flee the Bay?

Meanwhile, Colby Thorne is still trying to convince his sister Bella Nixon to return to Summer Bay with him. But she seems happy settled back at her former childhood home and wants Colby to focus on returning to the police force and getting on with his life without his little sister in the way.

Can Colby find a way to prove to Bella that they belong as a team and should go back to the Bay together?

Elsewhere, Leah Patterson notices friend Justin Morgan is troubled and offers to be a good listening ear if he wants to shares his troubles. Will Justin be tempted to tell Leah about his brother Brody's secret affair with school teacher Simone Bedford?
