The old David Platt rears his ugly head as he demands that Lauren stays away from Bethany.

Chopping a chunk out of Lauren’s hair, David Platt tells her that if she ever bullies Bethany again it’ll be her throat next time. Later, the police question David - can he talk his way out of this one? Then David sets up a fake profile online and sends a friend request to Macca.

As Maria and Luke set off to the awards ceremony, they bump into a teary Caz, who explains she’s missed her interview. Telling Luke to wait for her in the Rovers, will Maria end up cancelling her date?

Todd suggests a cosy night in but the mood is ruined when Billy makes an admission...

Faye dupes Kirk into revealing which prison Craig’s Dad is being held in.
