Neighbours, Gary Canning, Paul Robinson

There's another heated showdown between Gary and Paul. But when Gary pushes Paul too far, he snaps and punches his hated rival!

Paul Robinson has been making it his mission to ruin his daughter Amy Williams's new romance with Gary Canning, a man he detests.

Having already done some meddling which caused Gary to lose his job as spa manager at The Flametree Retreat, Paul decides to make more trouble by contacting Gary's prison contact Jeremy Sluggett to make Gary a dodgy offer which can then be exposed.

However, Gary gets wind of his scheming from Paul's own son, David Tanaka. And when Gary confronts his neighbourhood nemesis, jeering that even David has now turned against him, Paul loses his cool and punches his hated rival!

Meanwhile, nanny Alice Wells takes the night off from causing trouble at Toadie and Sonya Rebecchi's house and heads to The Waterhole for some boozy fun.

However, when a drunk Alice starts making eyes at a handsome doctor, she is unaware the man is Toadie and Sonya's good neighbour, Dr Karl Kennedy, who has just returned from his trip to Boston!

Could a tipsy Alice tell Karl a bit too much about what she is really doing in Erinsborough?

Elsewhere in Erinsborough, David is feeling down in the dumps by all the drama of his siblings Leo and Amy's falling out with their dad Paul.

So David's well-meaning hubby Aaron tries to cheer him up with a new pet goldfish!

Neighbours continues weekdays at 1:45pm and 5:30pm on Channel 5
