Court is back in session with Night Court season 3. While Night Court season 2 was shortened due to the 2023 writers and actors' strikes, Night Court season 3 will deliver a full session of courtroom comedy in the 2024 fall television season.

The Night Court "newboot" manages to pull off something that many traditional reboots never achieve, namely the balance between honoring the old and celebrating the new. That sentiment carries over in every episode with lots of nods to the past that complement the new series.

Here's everything we know so far about Night Court season 3.

Next episode of Night Court season 3

Night Court season 3 premiered Tuesday, November 19. The series continues to air on Tuesday nights at 8:30 pm ET/PT on NBC, with new episodes becoming available to stream the following day on Peacock. Night Court season 3 shares the night with freshman medical workplace comedy St. Denis Medical and The Irrational season 2.

There is no new episode of Night Court on December 10. Here's everything we know about the new episode airing on December 17:

Night Court season 3 episode 4: "Feliz NaviDead"

Here's the description of the series from NBC:
