Although his ex-wife Amanda seems to be acting like they are a couple again, Jimmi is starting to have doubts about getting too close to her again. When Amanda moves in for a kiss, the doctor avoids her and awkwardly makes his excuses and leaves.

At the surgery, Jimmi's colleague Dr Al Haskey tries to give him some guidance about his relationship with the older Amanda. Jimmi still feels the need to defend Amanda against accusations from his work colleagues. But, by the end of the day, after Dr Emma Reid shares her thoughts too, will Jimmi start to see his relationship with Amanda in a new light?

Meanwhile, Sid helps a teenager who makes a shocking discovery while searching for a bone marrow donor.
