After bickering about biscuits, surgery colleagues Heston and Mrs Tembe have a serious falling out over the Minor Surgical Unit

Dr Heston Carter and Practice Manager, Mrs Tembe have had their disagreements in the past. But, in today's episode, the work colleagues are bickering over biscuits!

They are expecting an important guest at the surgery, but cannot agree what kind of biscuit to provide for the meeting: chocolate ginger, Garibaldi... or something else? Dr Jimmi Clay finds himself caught in the middle of their debate.

However, Heston and Mrs Tembe's quarrel takes a more heated turn, when Heston's request for more money for the Minor Surgical Unit is rejected and the stuffy doc storms off!

Elsewhere, Dr Al Haskey decides to run a clinic about the pros and cons of smoking since he has just recently quit.

However, he soon has his hands full with a couple Phil and Gemma Morton who have opposing views on smoking. Phil wants Gemma to quit but so far she has refused.

But as Al gets involved in the couple's heated debate, it soon becomes clear there are bigger issues other than smoking troubling Phil and Gemma when a few shock secrets are revealed...
