Doctors spoilers: Will Becky Clarke and Enzo hook-up again?

Doctors, Karen Hollins, Enzo D'Agostino, Emma Reid

The ladies are all loving having cleaner Enzo around the surgery. But they're unaware of the sexy secret shared by Enzo and practice manager Becky!

So far, the staff of The Mill have all been very impressed by the cleaning capabilities of Enzo D'Agostino.

However, the likes of receptionist Karen Hollins and Dr Emma Reid are curious when the surgery doesn't appear to be as clean and tidy as it normally is. They wonder if he is slacking, especially when Enzo and Dr Al Haskey don't get off to a good start.

But surgery practice manager Becky Clarke is quick to jump to Enzo's defence and promises she'll keep a close eye on the cleaner.

But possibly not too close, as things are still a bit awkward between Becky and Enzo after their secret, passionate hook-up the other night! Will there be a repeat performance?

Meanwhile, Daniel Granger wants to talk to surgery partner Zara Carmichael before giving the go ahead for nurse Ayesha Lee to take a training course and eventually give her the authority to prescribe medication to her patients.

But when an anxious patient Serin Cody comes into the surgery just as it is about to close, Ayesha proves her worth when she helps Serin, who's looking after her mum who has dementia. Will Ayesha's quick thinking convince Daniel to give her a chance?

Elsewhere in Letherbridge, Sergeant Rob Hollins and Dr Jimmi Clay investigate when an infamous copper, Carla Bolton, is taken into police custody on suspicion of drink driving.

Rob is saddened by the situation as he was once mentored by Carla. But Carla doesn't do herself any favours when she tries to punch another police officer and then displays more 'drunken' behaviour while locked in her cell!

Doctors continues weekdays at 1:45pm on BBC One

Simon has long been a fan of soap operas, and especially loves OVER-THE-TOP plots involving evil twins, hair-pulling catfights and natural disasters. Anyone remember the Sunset Beach earthquake/tidal wave? Or when Krystle Carrington got locked in the attic and replaced by look-a-like Rita in Dynasty?!

Simon has written for a variety of TV and childrens’ magazines/websites including Inside Soap, Nickelodeon, What’s On TV, Radio Times, Metro, Girl Talk, Disney Girl, Toxic! and Digital Spy. He has reported LIVE from the red carpet at The British Soap Awards interviewing glammed-up stars from soapland, and hosted a Facebook LIVE session for Metro with Home and Away legend Ray Meagher (Alf "Stone the flamin' crows!" Stewart) to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Aussie soap.

Simon is also co-author of The Treasures Of Coronation Street (Carlton Books)

And the writer and director of (very!) low budget fright flick, Midsummer Night's EVIL and the sequel webisodes series, The Hatchet Woods HORROR.
