Tina begs and pleads with Graeme not to do anything stupid, but he can't believe that David as betrayed him. But later, when he comes face to face with David, it's clear he's struggling to cope with the truth. When David starts to explain his actions the red mist descends and Graeme goes for him before Tina leaps in and drags him off. In turmoil David grabs Audrey's car keys and heads out, while Tina and Graeme plan a romantic evening, determined to put David behind them. Graeme crosses the street heading for the flat when he hears a car screeching behind him, and tragedy strikes as the car hits him and he falls to the ground. Claire's excited when there is interest in Number 13 and she pulls out all the stops when they get a viewing. Fiz is insistent that John gets Brian out of the house, and John is just as keen to get rid of him. But Brian tells them he isn't going anywhere, he's got no other friends and he actually has real feelings for Julie. Also, Rita agrees to keep an eye on the girls as Kevin and Sally have a few days away. *Second episode, 8.30pm* Graeme lies bloody and unconscious in the wreckage, fighting for his life, as David comes to and stumbles from the car. Seeing that David was the one driving the car Tina attacks him in a rage. David's horrified as a critical Graeme is raced to the hospital and when the police arrive on the scene asking questions he claims he can't remember anything about the accident. As the doctors explain the extent of Graeme's injuries and rush him into surgery Tina's devastated - both she and David pray he'll pull through. Claire has had enough and accuses Ashley of dragging his feet over the sale of the house and he admits he doesn't like the idea of relocating. They continue to clash at the hospital and Claire is desperate to get her husband back on board. Julie chases after Brian, deciding that he is her dream man. But he is convinced that her persistence is a sign of her mental state and feels it's time he made his escape and moved on. Julie's left heartbroken. His CV includes spells as a news producer at the BBC and TVNZ, as well as web editor for Time Inc UK. He has produced TV news and entertainment features on personalities as diverse as Nick Cave, Tom Hardy, Clive James, Jodie Marsh and Kevin Bacon and he co-produced and directed The Ponds, which has screened in UK cinemas, BBC Four and is currently available on Netflix. 

An entertainment writer with a diverse taste in TV and film, he lists Seinfeld, The Sopranos, The Chase, The Thick of It and Detectorists among his favourite shows, but steers well clear of most sci-fi.
