Sinead O'Connor is scared when her husband Laurie is forceful with her and leaves her bruised

Following the debacle at the Inspiration Fundraising Ball, Sinead O’Connor (Stephanie Davies) and her husband, Laurie Shelby (Kyle Pryor)  have some difficult matters to address and some making up to do.

Later on it seems as if the couple have managed to patch things up and they begin kissing, but when Laurie starts to get forceful with Sinead she is left feeling deeply uncomfortable.

Sinead’s shocked to later notice a bruise on her wrist where her husband was holding her so tightly. She takes pain-killers to ease the pain, but is left wondering whether Laurie hurt her on purpose to make her suffer.

Meanwhile Misbah Maalik (Harvey Virdi) is devastated when she discovers that someone has uploaded a picture of her online, attacking her as a doctor and accusing her of killing Ste’s sister Tegan who died of a cardiac arrest when Misbah attempted to perform a life-saving operation on her.

Plus Tom Cunningham (Ellis Hollins) and Harley Frater (Mollie Lambert), who Peri shut in a room together at the ball so they could sort out their differences, start to bond. But more than that, as the two of them have a heart-to-heart, one thing soon leads to another!
