Home and Away spoilers: Dean Thompson confesses to pill addiction

Home and Away, Dean Thompson

After Dean's latest bout of bizarre behaviour, the surfer dude finally comes clean and tells Colby and Willow about his sleeping pill addiction

In the aftermath of Dean Thompson's bizarre and scary attempt to drag teenager Bella Nixon off to see her dead dad, Ross, it's not long before Bella's big brother Colby Thorne finds out what has happened.

With Bella still none-the-wiser that Ross is dead and both Colby and Dean were involved in covering up the crime, Colby fears Dean is at breaking point and the terrible truth could soon get out.

But both Colby and Dean's ex-girlfriend Willow Harris are in for a shock when Dean admits the reason behind his recent irrational behaviour is because he's become addicted to sleeping pills he's been buying off a dodgy River Boys contact.

Can Willow and Colby find a way to help Dean beat his addiction?

Simon has written for a variety of TV and childrens’ magazines/websites including Inside Soap, Nickelodeon, What’s On TV, Radio Times, Metro, Girl Talk, Disney Girl, Toxic! and Digital Spy. He has reported LIVE from the red carpet at The British Soap Awards interviewing glammed-up stars from soapland, and hosted a Facebook LIVE session for Metro with Home and Away legend Ray Meagher (Alf "Stone the flamin' crows!"
