Double surprise! Brenda makes Bob her man

*Episode two*

So, after Bob’s surprise proposal and with a little help from Dan and a helicopter, Brenda gets Bob to her handfasting ceremony at the Home Farm glamping site and Bob finds himself exchanging vows a lot sooner than he thought he would after Brenda removes her wig and asks Bob to marry her! It’s not a legally binding ceremony, but that doesn’t make them feel any less like a married couple. There are tears from Gennie and cheers from their friends as they kiss. Whatever Brenda and Bob’s future holds (besides the obligatory Woolpack reception), they’re definitely in it together…

Chas thinks her future is with Cameron and she happily catches Brenda’s bouquet and takes it as a good omen. She really is blinded by love. Cameron told her he couldn’t go to Brenda and Bob’s ceremony because he had to cover in the pub for Bernice - but he didn’t. And Chas finds out…

But it’s Gennie who’s really suspicious of Cameron again. She sees him with Debbie and asks Debbie what’s going on. Debbie thinks she’s managed to fob off Gennie with lies, but she hasn’t. Gennie doesn’t trust Cameron and is determined to prove to Chas that she shouldn’t trust him, either.
