The festive drama continues in EastEnders tonight as a huge bombshell changes everything for one unsuspecting family...

Tonight's trip to EastEnders will see the focus shift from the Slater clan and the fall out from Alfie's brush with death on Christmas Day, and see the festive drama hit the Taylor family instead.

After Christmas Day and Boxing Day focused mainly on Kat and the rest of the Slater women as the truth about Alfie being Cherry's dad was revealed, tonight will see Karen Taylor stunned when her ex, Mitch, arrives back in the Square.

Tonight will see Boxing Day arrive in Walford and as Karen prepares to host a family meal with her sister Kandice, things take an unexpected turn when Keegan's dad arrives on the doorstep asking to see his son.

Karen throws Mitch out on his ear, but it soon becomes apparent that it's not going to be that easy to get rid of him.

Despite Karen's efforts to try and sit down to a nice family meal, Mitch somehow manages to get himself back in the family fold when it is revealed Kandice is hiding him in the bathroom...

While Karen struggles to understand why her sister is hiding Mitch away, it soon transpires she's not the only one with drama on her hands.

Keegan and Louise are trying to get their romance back on track, but when the day takes a series of unexpected turns, Keanu and Louise end up finding comfort in each other's arms.
